Every installation starts with a free home survey. We will visit your home, discuss your ideas, assess the room and chimney, and guide you through the options using brochures and material samples. There is no hard sell, just honest advice and time to make the right decision.
Once we have fully understood your home and your requirements, we will provide a detailed, no-obligation quotation, giving you complete clarity before any work begins.

Fitted with care and signed off properly
Carl carries out every installation himself. Whether it is a stove, fireplace, flue system or chimney liner, every installation is completed with care, tested thoroughly and signed off as a HETAS-registered installation. Once the work is complete, you will receive your HETAS certificate for your home records, giving you complete peace of mind from using a professional company.
From your first enquiry to the finished installation, you will deal directly with Carl and his team, Ethan and Tom. No call centres, no subcontractors, just personal service from the people who know and understand your project inside and out.
