Do you charge for a home survey?
No. The home survey and your written quote are completely free, with no obligation. Carl comes out, measures up, talks through the options and gives you one clear price.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to reply the same day, or the next working day at the latest. If it is urgent, the quickest way is always to call Carl directly on 07868 267002.
Do I have to book a survey, or can we talk first?
You are welcome to talk first. Use the call back form and Carl will phone you at a time that suits, to answer questions and talk through your ideas before anything is booked.
Do you cover my area?
We cover the corridor from Leeds out to the Yorkshire coast, including Leeds, Harrogate, Wetherby, York, Ripon, Malton, Thirsk and Scarborough. If you are close to any of those, get in touch and we will let you know.
Are you HETAS registered?
Yes. Every installation is carried out by a HETAS-registered installer and notified to Building Control, so you get a certificate for your records and your insurance.
