I am now enjoying my second Everhot, having previously owned the Everhot Electric Stove with integral oven, finished in sage green.
I originally bought the stove because it looked fantastic and suited my home perfectly. I live in a country cottage in North Yorkshire, and at the time I wanted something for my home office that would provide a little extra warmth while also adding some character to the room. The integral oven was an added bonus, as I could put my lunch inside and have it ready to eat whenever I started feeling hungry!
The sage-green finish also worked beautifully with the shabby-chic furniture and large footstool in my office, so it became as much a part of the room's design as it was a source of heat.
More importantly, though, I quickly discovered just how quiet and economical the Everhot is. There is no fan, so the stove operates virtually silently while producing heat, making it particularly pleasant to have in a home office. The way the appliance produces and retains heat also means it is highly efficient and economical to run.
Having now owned two Everhot appliances, I can genuinely say that the combination of design, silence, efficiency and practicality is what keeps me coming back to them.
In 2024, we renovated our home and completely changed both the layout and interior design. My office, along with other areas of the house, now features Crittall-style black, slimline metal doors and a more Art Deco-inspired look. As much as I loved my sage-green Everhot, it no longer fitted the new style of the room, so I reluctantly decided to sell it to a friend in Peterborough, who was delighted to give it a new home in his man cave.
Steve has since told me several times how much he loves it and, apparently, he is now cooking all sorts of exciting dishes in it at the bottom of his garden!
Everhot Electric Heater without Oven
Chris Davison's experience, continued
With the renovation complete, I decided to buy the Everhot Electric Heater without the integral oven. Visually, it looks almost identical to the Electric Stove and retains all the features I had enjoyed previously, including the thermostat, efficient heat output and, importantly for me, completely silent operation.
This time, I chose black for my home office, which complements the Crittall-style doors and works perfectly with the simple Art Deco styling of the room. It has become a lovely focal point without overpowering the space, and I think it looks every bit as good as the original stove.
Without doubt, there is an Everhot colour to suit almost any room and individual interior. You can choose the Electric Stove if you want the added flexibility of the integral oven, or simply choose the Electric Heater if you want the same beautiful design and warmth without the oven.
Whichever you choose, the Everhot is far more than simply a source of heat. Its clever design, compact proportions and beautifully crafted finish make it an impressive addition to almost any space. Whether it is positioned in an orangery or conservatory, home office or gym, man cave or living room, an Everhot brings warmth, character and a touch of something rather special to the room.
