Who the Fire FX Anya Electric Fire suits best
The Anya is the simplest way we fit to bring a fireplace back to life. It slots into a standard 16 inch opening, the size found in thousands of Yorkshire terraces and semis, needing only a 75mm recess and a socket. If you have a boarded-up or empty fireplace and want glow and warmth without building work, this is the answer.
Thirteen fuel bed colours, five flame colours and a chrome or black finish mean it can be tuned to the room rather than the room redecorated around it.

Installation notes for the Fire FX Anya Electric Fire
This is one of the quickest installations we do: the existing opening is checked and dressed, the fire connects to a normal supply, and the remote is set up and demonstrated before we leave. No flue, no liner, no chimney work, though if the old chimney is open we may recommend capping it to stop draughts.

Will the Anya fit my existing fireplace?
If you have a standard 16 inch opening, usually yes, and it needs only a 75mm recess depth. We measure the opening on the free home survey and confirm before anything is ordered.
Does the Anya need a chimney or flue?
No. It is fully electric, so there is no flue, no liner and no chimney requirement. If your old chimney is open we may suggest capping it to stop draughts, which we can arrange.
How much heat does the Anya give?
It has a 1.5kW fan heater with low and high settings, enough to warm a room rather than heat a house, and you can run the flame visuals with the heat off entirely, which is how many people use it most of the year.
Can I change the colour of the flames?
Yes. The Anya has five flame colours, thirteen fuel bed colours plus a spectrum mode, and five brightness levels, all from the remote, so the fire can match the room and the mood.
