This is a subsidised, high-quality multifuel stove package, offering exceptional value without compromising on the quality of the products or installation. It combines a Byland natural limestone fireplace with the ACR T400 5kW multifuel cassette stove and a complete professional installation package.
Every package is professionally installed by the Carl Finnell team and completed in accordance with current Building Regulations. From the stove and chimney liner to the finishing details, the materials are carefully selected to deliver performance, safety and lasting value.
The hearths in this offer are specifically manufactured for fireplace installations, not lower-cost riven black limestone paving slabs intended for external landscaping. They are precision finished with clean, smooth edges, so the hearth complements the stove and fireplace as a proper interior finish.
The standard slate hearth can be cut to exact dimensions to suit existing flooring or cover the carpet recess left by a previous fireplace installation, creating a neat, seamless and professionally finished appearance.

The ACR T400 5kW multifuel cassette stove
The ACR T400 Cassette is a high-efficiency multi-fuel stove designed to burn a variety of approved fuels, including seasoned wood and anthracite. Anthracite is a premium smokeless fuel that provides a long, consistent burn, allowing the stove to operate for extended periods without frequent refuelling.
Approved for use in Smoke Control Areas, the ACR T400 Cassette is DEFRA-exempt, enabling you to burn authorised fuels in smokeless zones while benefiting from outstanding efficiency, lower fuel consumption and reduced running costs compared with many traditional solid fuel appliances.
The stove has precise air controls, a large panoramic viewing window and an advanced airwash system to help keep the glass cleaner for longer. Advanced tertiary air technology supports a hotter, cleaner and more controllable burn, improving combustion efficiency while reducing emissions.
For a more contemporary aesthetic, the ACR T400 Cassette is also available with an elegant black glass front. The black glass model is available as part of this quotation, allowing you to choose the style that best suits your home.
When purchased through Carl Finnell, an authorised dealer, the ACR range is backed by a 10-year casting warranty for complete peace of mind. The range also meets the latest Ecodesign standards, delivering lower emissions, greater efficiency and reduced fuel consumption.
